Learning and Capability Development In parallel, we continued to invest in our people’s growth, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry. Technical and Operational Capability We continued to strengthen our technical expertise. In 2025, 5,177 hours of targeted technical training were delivered through webinars and e-learning modules. Factories maintained specialised local training programmes that covered product knowledge, assembly processes, and health and safety practices to ensure safe and compliant operations. Local Development Initiatives Local teams delivered 7,024 hours of training, of which 5,324 hours were provided by external partners. These initiatives addressed regional and functional priorities. In Belgium, for example, programmes such as ‘Finance for Non-Financials’ and project management training strengthened both technical understanding and cross-functional collaboration. Taken together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to building an employee experience grounded in clarity, capability, and connection.

By strengthening governance, expanding learning opportunities and reinforcing development pathways, we continue to support performance, well-being and the long-term sustainability of our organisation.
