Advancing Gender Balance Since 2022, our sustained focus on gender balance has delivered steady and measurable progress. In 2025, women accounted for 17% of Management Positions (C), demonstrating our commitment to our 2030 ambition of reaching 20% women in leadership. To support this goal, all countries have agreed on recruitment targets for 2026 to strengthen gender balance and expand the pipeline of diverse talent.
Being part of our DEI evolution has really shown me how inclusion can shape not only the way we work together, but also the way we choose the partners who support our operations. It’s encouraging to see DEI becoming the natural lens through which we explore new opportunities and build meaningful and responsible partnerships.
Through disciplined succession planning, inclusive hiring practices and targeted development initiatives, we are creating greater access to leadership opportunities for women. This reinforces our belief that diverse perspectives strengthen decision- making, innovation, and long-term performance.
