At Schréder, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) remain at the core of who we are as an organisation and how we evolve. These values are embedded in our identity and guide the way we shape our future. We are dedicated to creating a workforce that mirrors the communities we serve, and to cultivating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive. Schréder’s Double Material Assessment (DMA) confirmed that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are material topics within our own operations. The assessment revealed that providing equal opportunities and fair treatment in an inclusive working environment has a positive impact on current and future employees. The main impact identified based on the DMA results relates to the positive social impact generated through equitable employment practices and inclusive workplace policies. These strengthen employee well-being and engagement, as well as the long-term sustainability of our organisation. Policies and Governance As set out in our Human Rights Policy , Schréder is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This policy reinforces our resolve to maintain workplaces free from discrimination and to promote equal opportunities for all employees. These principles are further defined in our DEI Manifesto and put into practice through our Recruitment and Selection Guidelines, which ensure that fair, consistent and bias-aware hiring practices are followed in every country. We also apply these principles to our evaluation and promotion processes, ensuring that career progression is based on transparent criteria, equitable practices and merit. 1. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

DEI governance is overseen by the People SteerCo , which monitors progress and aligns DEI actions with business priorities. This structure is supported by our network of Sustainability & DEI Ambassadors , who raise awareness and translate global commitments into meaningful local initiatives. Together, these policies and governance mechanisms ensure that DEI remains embedded, accountable and visible throughout the organisation. DEI Strategy To achieve our goals, we focus on the following key areas: • enhancing diversity and inclusion in recruitment • providing opportunities to bridge differences • demonstrating leadership commitment and accountability • ensuring transparency and fairness in remuneration • positively influencing our partners, the market and stakeholders • cultivating an inclusive workplace culture • offering DEI awareness and education resources Progress In 2025 In 2025, we further strengthened the integration of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) into our daily operations, decision-making processes and working methods. We continued to monitor DEI-specific KPIs and share insights across the organisation to reinforce transparency and accountability. Through initiatives such as our annual DEI Month and increased awareness efforts, we ensured that DEI remained visible, relevant and embedded throughout the year.

Our People Steering Committee met quarterly to review progress, challenge perspectives, and define forward-looking priorities, thereby reinforcing governance and sustained momentum. To advance equitable access across all sites, we launched a company-wide Accessibility Assessment to identify and address potential barriers in our offices, factories and warehouses. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to fostering inclusive environments in practice, not just in principle. By integrating DEI into our policies, processes, and culture, we are building a workplace where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive - both now and in the long term. Year after year, our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion continues to evolve and strengthen. At Schréder, DEI is embedded in our DNA, shaping how we attract, develop and support our people worldwide. This ongoing progress reflects our belief that an inclusive culture is essential to innovation, collaboration and sustainable success. Adriana Macieira Global Talent & DEI Manager
