WIN Programme - Compliance Training Schréder uses its Worldwide Integrity (WIN) programme to deliver mandatory compliance training, strengthening awareness of ethical standards and integrity risks across the organisation. WIN compliance training has been progressively rolled out across the Group since 2019. Following the Group’s Double Materiality Assessment, corruption and bribery risks were identified as significant governance issues, meaning that training is a vital preventive measure within the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption framework. Schréder Ethics Advisory Panel Schréder operates in more than 70 countries across six continents, conducting business in diverse cultural, regulatory and commercial environments. While this diversity strengthens our global perspective, it can also give rise to complex ethical questions. To support the responsible management of such situations, Schréder established the Schréder Ethics Advisory Panel (SEAP) in 2023. The panel provides the Board of Directors and senior management with independent guidance on sensitive ethical matters, ensuring that decisions align with the company’s values and reputation. The SEAP comprises internal representatives from across the organisation, as well as an external advisor. This ensures that ethical issues are assessed from a balanced and independent perspective.
Identifiable information (PII). These efforts include publishing a General Data Protection Policy («GDPP», that follows the ISO 27701 framework), creating data protection information notices, conducting global PII training for staff in early 2026 and creating a register of processing activities. In 2022, recognising the dynamic digital landscape, particularly in smart cities, Schréder launched a new programme called Priva-see. This initiative takes a more structured approach to complying with PII laws. Inspired by the ISO 27701 standard, Priva-see introduced additional measures throughout 2023. These included the appointment of a Data Protection Officer, the development of a new GDPR Policy, active involvement and sponsorship from senior management, the creation of digital registers of processing activities, and the implementation of risk management strategies, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs). Other measures included adapting documentation and agreements to Schréder’s supply chain management, and revising data protection policies and training programmes. In 2025, the Priva-See Programme was incorporated into the Information Security Management System (ISMS), with PII concerns and controls now addressed as part of the ISO 27001 certification and management system. These comprehensive measures have significantly increased transparency surrounding personal data flows throughout the organisation. They complement Schréder’s data protection compliance journey as a fully integrated part of its ISMS and ISO 27001 certifications.
