Schréder Executive Leadership Team (SELT*) as at 31 st December 2025 The SELT serves as the CEO’s principal leadership body. It comprises key executives from different functions and regions. They are responsible for defining and executing the Group’s strategic direction. The team facilitates agile decision-making, ensures alignment across regions and functions, and promotes operational excellence.

The SET includes all SELT members as well as senior regional and functional leaders from across the Group. It plays a central role in aligning market intelligence with Group strategy and supporting the execution of local initiatives, while ensuring operational consistency across Schréder’s global operations.
