Connected assets for greater benefits

Our remote control systems adapt the lighting to the environment. You can programme the lighting, control it in real time, automate tasks and receive insightful reports. This enhances visibility and safety in your areas while decreasing energy consumption and facilitating proactive infrastructure maintenance.

Improve safety and security where it matters most with precisely targeted, controlled and optimised lighting for your environment. Our highly qualified experts perform photometric studies to ensure correct lighting distribution and uniformity, as well as glare analysis and other essential criteria. This ensures that your spaces are safe, welcoming and comfortable for all. We deliver solutions that comply with the relevant lighting standards and light pollution requirements to minimise upward and backward light spill, and thus respect your neighbourhood and surrounding environment.

Projects

Liège-Guillemins, Liège Liège-Guillemins station is one of the busiest in Belgium. The SNCB/NMBS replaced the old fixtures with traditional discharge lamps with our LED luminaires to improve light levels, energy-efficiency and durability. The project involved 3D modelling and the careful integration of the luminaires into various environments, resulting in an integrated, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing lighting solution that creates a captivating atmosphere.

ProRail railway yard, Arnhem

ProRail, which is responsible for the entire Dutch rail network, upgraded the lighting in its railway yards to LED technology, choosing OMNISTAR due to its low energy consumption, improved visibility and longer lifespan. The new lighting is equipped with detection sensors and reduces energy and maintenance costs, creating a safer and more sustainable environment for staff.

Oriente Station, Lisbon Oriente Station is an iconic landmark and a major national and international transport hub in Lisbon. With five levels, the station currently serves more than 150,000 people a day. In 2023, Infrastruturas de Portugal launched an international public tender to replace the lighting system and reduce the energy bill for lighting and the costs and constraints associated with maintenance.

+4800 indoor and outdoor luminaires provide safe and comfortable environments for passengers and staff 360 VALINTA CURVE luminaires to highlight the aesthetic of the building +40% energy savings, resulting in a significant reduction in CO 2 emissions

Metro Martin Place, Sydney

Metro Martin Place, a bustling hub in the heart of Sydney’s central business district, sought a modern lighting solution that would enhance both visibility and aesthetic appeal. We provided customised linear and light box installations, which were designed to complement the area’s urban architecture, improve the functionality of high-traffic spaces and enhance their visual impact.

15

Tramway B, Orléans Orléans aims to modernise its public lighting by converting 60,000 luminaires to 100% LED by 2026. As part of this upgrade, the CITEA luminaires lighting the B tramway line, were retrofitted with the CIRCLE LED BASE kits to reduce energy bills and maintenance costs. This eco-friendly solution also minimises light pollution, helping to preserve local biodiversity.

Maintenance workshop, Hasselt When the SNCB/NMBS opened a maintenance workshop in Hasselt, a major rail hub in the region, they required a lighting solution that would ensure worker safety and minimise costs. We supplied dimmable OMNISTAR luminaires for general lighting and TECEO luminaires mounted on 6-metre poles to provide task-specific brightness on the platforms.

Süd Thüringen Bahn Workshop, Meiningen Süd Thüringen Bahn, a German public railway company, chose our TECEO luminaire to equip its workshop in Meiningen. Selected for its Q1 certification from Deutsche Bahn - the highest quality rating - the 43 TECEO luminaires deliver optimised lighting with excellent value for money. Their modern design ensures a harmonious integration and improves safety.

Reading station At Reading Station, we delivered lighting for the uncovered platforms and developed a bespoke battery backup system for emergencies. We also provided LED lighting with detection sensors for the car park, which dims when it is empty and increases when people or vehicles arrive, thus enhancing both energy efficiency and safety.
