Training and education
Schréder has developed its own training academy, SKILL (Sharing Knowledge in Light and Lighting), to strengthen the competencies of employees and stakeholders as the lighting market evolves SKILL now offers in-depth courses on lighting fundamentals, smart control systems, circular design and sustainability, delivered through on-site sessions and e-learning. These programmes support both Schréder teams and our customers in understanding new regulations, making the most of connected and solar technologies, and operating their installations more efficiently over time. In doing so, SKILL helps position Schréder as a full- service partner , not just a product supplier.
