Schréder applies the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct as its standard on human rights. Our aim is to safeguard human rights directly and indirectly by ensuring that all Schréder entities and our supply chain operate safely and that every worker is treated with dignity and respect. We assess supplier risks carefully and work towards zero human-rights breaches across our value chain. For our customers, this means partnering with a company that manages its supply chain responsibly, treats people fairly and aligns fully with international standards .
