INSTALLATION
Before installation contact Schréder FAE (Field Application Engineer) for support.
During installation, ensure correct body position over the luminaire.

Hold controller.
NEMA Socket
Align the longer pin (Neutral) first.

Align the controller power pins with slots in the socket.
Check if the surfaces between the controller and NEMA socket are parallel and plug in.
Push the controller firmly down. Make sure it is vertically aligned.

Turn controller ± 45° clockwise until it locks.
4.5 N.m (3.3 lbf.ft)
The installer is responsible for verifying the installation.
VERIFICATION

Visual Verification
Symbol on controller and gasket are aligned. NEMA socket with internal RFID
Incorrect installation: Surfaces of controller and NEMA socket are twisted.
Correct installation: Surfaces of controller and NEMA socket are parallel.
Mechanical Verification
NEMA socket with external RFID Symbol on controller and socket label are aligned.

Pull the controller up to check if it is locked

Note : The self-test occurs only in the first 5 power cycles after installing the controller. * 1-10V can take longer than 10 seconds between cycles.

The controller increases light to 100%.
The controller reduces light to driver minimum value.
The controller switches OFF the light completely.
When powering on the luminaire, the light switches ON to maximum level.

FAIL - Luminaire is OFF . Light does not turn on. RED light in the controller is ON .

OPTIONAL MOTION DECTECTION TEST Trigger a motion detection in the luminaire during day-time test.
PASS - Luminaire is ON . Light decreases from 100% to 20%.
FAIL - Light level does not change.
PASS - Light level increases to 100% then decreases to initial level.

OPTIONAL MOTION DECTECTION TEST Trigger a motion detection in the luminaire during night- time test.
PASS - Luminaire is ON . Light decreases from 100% to 20% then increases to 100%.
FAIL - Luminaire is ON. Light is at 100%. RED light in the controller is ON .
PASS - Light level decreases from 100% to 70% then increases to initial level.
FAIL - Light level does not change.
