Danke für die Anerkennung, Danke für die Wertschätzung. Beides ist uns für unsere Arbeit sehr wichtig. Wir wissen auch, Anerkennung von Wertschätzung zu unterscheiden. Bei Anerkennung (Aus- zeichnung ist die offizielle Form dafür) werden die Leistungen eines Unter- nehmens gesamthaft gewürdigt. Zum Beispiel für ausgezeichnetes Design, für ausgezeichnete technologische Innova- tionen. Wertschätzung ist für uns der wichtigere Motivator, denn diese Form der Anerkennung ist etwas, das starke Emotionen auslösen kann. Bei uns, bei unseren Kunden und Partnern. Wertschätzung ist die große Chance, jemandem zu zeigen, dass er wichtig ist. Weil er zuhört, weil er versteht, weil er mutige Lösungen hat.
