Strengthening Governance through Policy Management As part of its commitment to ethical governance, Schréder has updated its Policy on Policies, establishing a unified framework to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance in the development and management of corporate policies. This initiative reinforces Schréder’s governance structure, driving both performance and long-term value creation. The policy was initially rolled out across four key departments - IT, Legal, People & Culture and Finance - laying the groundwork for broader integration across the organisation. In the last quarter of 2024, this foundation marked the beginning of the implementation of a comprehensive Policy Management System, reflecting Schréder’s ambition to embed structured, efficient and compliant policy governance at the core of its operations. To ensure strategic alignment and oversight, a Steering Committee has been established and will meet quarterly starting in Q1 2025. The Steering Committee includes key executives - Chief Executive Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology, Innovation and Operations Officer, Chief Digital Transformation Officer, and Chief Solutions and Marketing Officer - who provide high-level direction and monitor progress as the system is progressively rolled out across the business.
Human Rights Policy In 2023, Schréder launched its Human Rights Policy. This policy underlines Schréder’s commitment to upholding fundamental human rights principles across all aspects of its operations, supply chain and interactions with stakeholders. By adopting this policy, Schréder aims to integrate respect for human rights into its corporate culture, policies and procedures. This proactive initiative highlights Schréder’s responsibility to respect, protect and promote human rights, thereby contributing to a positive impact on the communities and environments in which it operates.
