Communication (19%) and Digital Skills (17%). The most popular courses included Excel Essentials, Curb Your Bias, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Support and Time Management. To further support language development, we launched a new language training platform, also on a voluntary basis. Thanks to effective promotion, 3,838 learning hours were accumulated, with 135 employees improving their English by one level. The most frequently studied languages were English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. Technical and Industry-Specific Training Schréder’s internal training acadamy, SKILL (Sharing Knowledge in Light and Lighting), plays an important role in developing expertise in smart lighting and new control systems. In 2024, we delivered 9,96014 hours of technical training through seminars, webinars and e-learning modules. In addition, our factories continued to offer specialised training tailored to operational needs, covering essential topics such as forklift truck driving, health and safety, working at height and assembly processes. These programmes are managed locally to ensure alignment with site- specific requirements. Local Training Initiatives In addition to global programmes, our local teams develop training initiatives tailored to local needs. In 2024, this resulted in a total of 8,953 hours of local training globally (of which 5,018 hours was delivered by external providers). In Australia, for example, our team delivered annual mandatory training on discrimination and bullying in the workplace, covering key topics such as zero tolerance, speaking up, supporting each other and leading by example.

In 2024, we significantly expanded our learning offering, reflecting our strong commitment to employee development. A total of 25,537 hours of training were delivered across both Group and local initiatives, resulting in an average of 14.7 hours of training per employee - a 202% increase on the 4.86 hours per employee reported in 2023. This improvement highlights our continued investment in upskilling and making learning more accessible across the business. Through a combination of global e-learning modules, seminars and webinars, as well as locally delivered face-to-face and online sessions, we provided our teams with a wide range of development opportunities tailored to diverse learning preferences and regional needs. In parallel, our blue-collar employees continued to receive training in line with the mandatory requirements of each country and the specific demands of their roles. This training, which is predominantly delivered on the job, ensures that operational teams remain compliant, safe and equipped to perform their roles with confidence and quality.
