Advancing Gender Balance Since 2022, the percentage of women in leadership roles has steadily increased, reaching an average of 17% across all leadership levels globally in 2024. This upward momentum reflects our continued focus on building inclusive leadership at all levels of the organisation. Looking ahead, we are united around a clear ambition: to achieve 20% women in leadership by 2030. To make this vision a reality, each country is aligned to 2025 recruitment targets to strengthen gender balance and expand the pipeline of diverse talent. By investing in inclusive hiring and development strategies, we’re creating space for more women to lead - and shaping a future where diverse perspectives drive even greater impact.
