At Schréder, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is an integral part of our corporate ethos. They are fundamental to our identity and our future direction. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve and fostering an inclusive culture where every individual can thrive. To achieve this, we focus on the following key areas: Enhancing diversity and inclusion in recruitment Providing opportunities to bridge differences Demonstrating leadership commitment and accountability Ensuring transparency and fairness in remuneration Positively influencing our partners, the market and stakeholders Cultivating an inclusive workplace culture Offering DEI awareness and education resources 1. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Our People & Culture Strategy should leverage sustainable environments and practices. Investing in people growth, diversity and initiatives for a healthy workplace empowers individuals and strengthens our collective ability to build a more resilient and responsible future.
Progress In 2024 In 2024, we reinforced our commitment to DEI by further embedding it into our daily operations and decision-making processes. We advanced our data- driven approach by tracking DEI-specific KPIs and sharing key learnings across all the business. Our cross-departmental DEI committee met quarterly to review progress and shape future direction, drawing on valuable input from our employees through the annual engagement survey. To raise awareness, we developed and distributed DEI-focused communication materials on our internal portal. Additionally, as in the previous year, we designated July as DEI Month , with special activities to foster engagement and learning. To further our efforts, we proudly launched the DEI Champions Group , a network of employees dedicated to promoting local initiatives and fostering inclusivity within their teams. We also took concrete steps towards workplace accessibility by integrating employees with disabilities into our operations in Spain. By prioritising DEI in our actions and policies, we continue to build a workplace where every employee feels valued, heard and empowered to succeed.
