* The revised target reflects a realistic recalibration based on our current baseline and operational realities. It represents a deliberate balance between aspiration and accountability - ensuring that we maintain our commitment to excellence, equity, and fairness in recruitment, while setting targets that are both meaningful and achievable. ** Originally aiming to assess 100% of suppliers by 2030, Schréder refined its target in 2024 to focus on 85% of supplier spend, covering suppliers with the highest potential impact. The update reflects the maturity of the company’s due diligence process and a shift towards a risk-based approach, prioritising high- impact suppliers through more robust assessments such as self-assessments and third-party audits. We remain committed to engaging all suppliers, driving responsible practices, and expanding our assessments over time.
