FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, Megève's illuminations have been renewed every winter to offer visitors an ever more immersive and spectacular experience. In the heart of the village, the majestic 22-metre Abies Caméléon fir tree attracts everyone's attention. Fully equipped with Twinkly technology, it is brought to life by 43,750 controllable LEDs, allowing for dynamic and evolving light displays. The lighting also extends to the architectural heritage, with six iconic facades decorated with Twinkly icicle lights. In total, 56,750 fully controllable LEDs make up this large-scale lighting system, transforming the village into a veritable open-air stage. All the facades are also highlighted by HALTO projectors, while the soundscape is provided by a JBL speaker system, integrated thanks to the global expertise of the CSI group. Every day, a sound and light show enhances the whole experience thanks to the work of lighting designer LYUM and a full week of programming carried out by our teams. Technical control ensures precise and lively orchestration of the animations, for tailor-made light sequences perfectly synchronised with the architecture of the venue.
